ONREQUEST (NZ) LIMITED and its affiliated companies (collectively, the “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of its users (“user” or “you”) that use our website located at https://intellidents.online including other media forms, media channels, mobile website or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”). GATHERING, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF NON-PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Users of the Website Generally

“Non- Personally-Identifying Information” is information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person. “Personally-Identifying Information,” by contrast, is information such as a name or email address that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. Company also provides users the feature to capture and upload vehicle images and / or videos when users are inspecting a vehicle. Users will be able to capture and upload such images / videos from their phone or tablet devices using the device camera or even upload images / videos from the device file gallery also.

A “Web Cookie” is a string of information which assigns you a unique identification that a website stores on a user’s computer, and that the user’s browser provides to the website each time the user submits a query to the site. We use cookies on the Website to keep track of services you have used, to record your user preferences, to keep you logged into the Website, and to facilitate purchase procedures. (3) Signing up to receive newsletters or other information, for the purpose of send you marketing communications. The information collected includes name and email address. Legal basis (GDPR only) consent and legitimate interest (e.g. send marketing communications).

(4) Inspection of vehicles – for the purpose of inspecting a vehicle, the user will be filling in details about the vehicle, upload images and / or videos of the same vehicle. The information collected includes vehicle registration number, make and model of the vehicle, exterior and / or interior images and videos of the vehicle and other relevant information provided/supplied by the user. Legal basis (GDPR only) Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest

Users of the Website are under no obligation to provide Company with Personally-Identifying Information of any kind, with the caveat that a user’s refusal to do so may prevent the user from using certain Website features.
