AI Damage Detection: Our app - Auto IntelliDents, utilises AI to automatically detect panel damage and compare it with previous inspections of the same vehicle to determine if it’s new or pre-existing.   A downloadable .pdf formatted report is immediately available for the purposes of estimating.

Australasia Countrywide Repair Networks:  We have a network of professional collision repairers in New Zealand & Australia available to provide express priority service for rapid turnaround of fleet accident repairs.  

Triage & 24/7 Roadside Rescue:  Triage is where we get involved as early after the accident event as possible.  Ideally with regard to light commercial vehicle accidents we would like to be able to instruct our contractors to deliver a replacement (rental) vehicle to your customers where practical and/or appropriate so they can continue on their journey.

Assessing & Claims Management: We have a scalable team of highly trained and skilled motor claims adjusters and support staff available to triage and manage accident repairs or total losses across Australasia.

BodySnap & Wreck Disposal:  Where feasible we can provide our BodySnap service where wrecks are treated as donors for the instant provision of  parts while the remains of the wreck are disposed of online.  This is an expedient and cost efficient recycling method designed to minimise downtime and repair costs.

Recoveries: We can recover costs against negligent third parties as an extension of our triage & assessing services.  We recognise it’s not always convenient to take a vehicle off the road to have it repaired, so in conjunction with our Auto IntelliDents app can provide proof of new damage and be able to obtain a quote, to enable settlement with the third party and/or their underwriter. 

Auditing - Hold Liable: Where our clients are being held liable we can provide an auditing service that includes rigorous evaluation of proof of loss documentation to ensure costs incurred are consistent and appropriate.  Past experience has revealed even reputable insurers fail to accurately identify areas where costs can be reduced and our audit often provides leverage for negotiation.

AccidentAli: Currently in development is our advanced roadside emergency solution available via QR code and our apps.  It features a smart agent and is specifically designed to preserve valuable information and mitigate expense while guiding users through an often shocking experience.
